Yes. Exactly. That's why we have this whole 'foreign replica' concept.  
The RT and Hiveminder replica types for SD (and presumably other  
replica types as written) take a query of "what would you like me to  
mirror" - So I can mirror a bunch of tickets based on some relatively  
intelligent search criteria.
