Women In Afghanistan

Dear Friends,

Evidently there are some problems with the petition regarding Afghani women.  
An attempt to forward signatures to Mary Robinson, webadmin.hchr at unorg.ch was 
unsuccessful with an error message stating that the e-mail server "unorg.ch" 
was not recognized.  I do not know whether the other copy to Angela King at 
daw at undp.org was successful, but I have had no return as yet.  This petition 
is very similar to the one discussed at the website 
http://www.hoaxkill.com/afghanistan.html which my daughter brought to my 
attention.   Persons interested in this issue may want to visit that site.  
If this petition is a new attempt and someone knows the correct e-mail for 
Mary Robinson, please bring it to our attention.
