[saymaListserv] recruiting in high schools and the Supreme Court decision negating the death penalty for juveniles

Friend Treadwell has made an interesting observation about the ability of those under age 20 something to make a reasonable determination of risks in the Military [Vol 28, issue 19].  If the Supreme Court is consistent with its reasoning in preventing the execution of those under 18, perhaps it will consider military recruiting in high schools an unconstitutional  threat to those students also.
