Yes, this is real.  Jordans Meeting House is across the lawn from the buildings for sale; it is one of the oldest and most beautiful Meeting Houses in Britain, and has the (unmarked) graves of Foxes and Barclays and Penningtons.  We all hope the right people will buy the conference centre; for some reason the current management couldn't break even.
