Below is an e-mail I have sent to the contacts for
several gulf area Friends meetings, but I thought I
would also put this information out to a larger
ommunity.
If you know of someone who needs longterm temp housing
(6mos-1yr) feel free to pass this info on.

Friends
I am a member of Annapolis Friend Meeting in Maryland
and have the capability to house an individual, a
couple or a parent with a child, especially someone
who is having difficulty finding a place to stay
because they have a PET. My home is modest, but I do
have a guest room with seperate bathroom. Does not
have to be a Quaker, but I would certainly be more
comfortable with a Quaker reference. I can accomodate
2 people (maybe a family of 3) plus 2 additional dogs
or cats.
I can also offer an internship at my dog grooming shop
for someone interested in learning a trade, which they
can take anywhere in the country, or back to the Gulf,
for a "fresh start".
