upstream.planet.debian.org take 2

I blogged about wanting someone to do this before; no-one did, so I finally have. Currently it's a temporary URL, since I do hope to get the hostname in the subject eventually. I also kinda hope that Mako will roll maintaining this into maintaining planet.debian.org, since it's currently just a hacked up version of that. (Yeah, I stole the CSS too. :-P)

Patches and additional upstreams welcomed. I think it's really fairly interesting to see the wider perspective of people who contribute to Debian upstream.

(Oh and BTW, RMS is not included because his blog has RSS syndication disabled, apparently because anyone using it would violate his copyright.)
