<|>  Registration packets for the Feb 1-2 Peace Consultation have been
mailed to meeting and worship group clerks, contacts and SAYMA reps.
(First session:  Friday, Feb 1st, 7:00 pm Eastern time, Unitarian
Church, Chattanooga, TN)

<|>  If you need to see a packet and aren't on the list at the end of
this message, please --
        -- contact one of the f/Friends listed
                (7 people can register on one form), or ...
        -- contact the SAYMA office, 276-628-5852, AdminAsst at sayma.org

<|>  Lodging & Meals: f/Friends are asked to make their own arrangements
for both, except that --
        -- Saturday lunch will be provided
        -- Quality Inn is offering us rooms with two queen-size beds for
the special rate of $40/night (free continental breakfast included); 40
rooms at this rate are available for reservation through Friday, January
18, on a first-come/first-serve basis.  After that, unreserved rooms
will be released to the general public.
        -- If you need to find a "motel roomie" as an economy measure,
please contact Kathleen Mavournin (865-691-9506) right away; she'll do
her best.
        -- Quality Inn reservations:  800-228-5151, 423-894-2040

<|>  f/Friends are urged to register for the Peace Consultation by
January 25 (to facilitate Saturday lunch planning), but registration at
the door on Friday evening is permitted.

<|>  Registration fee is $10, to help cover the cost of Saturday's lunch
and renting the space.  It can be paid in advance or at the door.

<|>  You may register in advance by mail, phone, or e-mail.  The person
